Weekly Meditation Class

in Panton Vermont, Sundays 10:00 - 11:30

Miles will help you find a sitting position that works for you (bring your own cushion or bench if you already have one that you like) Each week will include a guided relaxation and meditation instructions. You will learn and practice the mindfulness of breathing practice taught by the Buddha 2,500 years ago. We will sit in silence for 30 minutes and Miles will offer a short talk followed by questions and comments. Offered by donation.  For directions and questions e-mail :  milessherts@gmail.com
